A bit about me and what I do.
In 2005, I designed this business to effectively meet the needs of people who might want or need to downsize, relocate, or simply achieve a more organized and orderly lifestyle. I recognized that each situation was unique and might require consideration of numerous family members wishes. And, it wouldn’t be unusual for everyone involved to be geographically spread across the country. That’s why my services are completely hands-on.
In all cases, it is important to identify and assist in prioritizing the project while being mindful of budget restrictions and sentiments. Having provided an array of services over the years to more than 1,000 clients, I have honed my skills and resources to consistently meet my client’s goals and objectives. My primary purpose is to alleviate the stresses associated with home-related transitions – whether minor or major.

That, coupled with an extensive background in identifying potentially valuable items and then re-directing them through a variety of channels adds a valuable element of knowledge and experience. In some cases, an auction may be the most advantageous option, and in others – private sale, a donation to charity, or even disposal may be the best choice. For a number of years I worked diligently to write and publish my book, It’s JUSTUFF, The art of letting go. It was truly a labor of love that evolved from more than a decade of experiences with clients from across the country. Each story speaks to the actual heartfelt emotions associated with intimately affecting the lives of others through my work. I’ve been told that sharing these stories has helped others to intuitively process their own personal situations.
One of my greatest pleasures is speaking to audiences comprised of potential clients, employee groups, retirees, and club members. My talks can be tailored to the specific interests of each group or a topic from an existing collection of presentations.
